Customer Complaint Coordinator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Determines complaint reportability following procedures and regulatory requirements in EMEA.

  • Reports adverse events to EMEA competent authorities.

  • Participates in and documents the execution of physical complaint investigations.

  • Performs statistical analysis and trending on complaint data.

  • Communicates closely with cross-functional complaint team global team

  • Seeks and implements updates and improvements to the complaint handling process.

  • Supports the corrective / preventive action program by applying root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.

  • Supports the logistics team for any complaint records and repair related issues.

  • Supports the quality engineering team with activities related to applicable change requests

  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert on the complaint management process during regulatory audits / inspections.

Requirements

  • Preferably Bachelor or higher non university degree in an Engineering discipline

  • Strong skills of standard MS office software

  • Knowledgeable about documentation practices

  • Experience in customer oriented environment

  • Fluent in written and oral English, German knowledge is an advantage

  • Interest in medical device industry

  • Process oriented with a strong attention to detail

  • Work in a multidisciplinary and international team environment
