Immigration law specialist - 50% Part-Time
LEGAL EXPAT offers legal services to expats in Switzerland with a focus on immigration and employment law. We offer our services to both individuals and companies and are looking for someone who can sell our services, handle permit applications (B, L, C, G, CDL and Ci permits) as well as naturalization applications and develop our mandates with the corporate sector.
The person will be based with the immigration team in Geneva, handling permit applications and legal consultations in face-to-face/Zoom meetings with clients. The position is a 50% basis with possibility to be developed in 2025. We offer flexible office hours!
You meet the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
o Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both English and French
o Excellent legal writing skills in both languages
o Proven experience and knowledge of the Swiss immigration law and cantonal procedures
o A strong background and keen interest in marketing
o Proficient with social media tools and computer skills
o Outgoing personality with strong communication abilities
o University Degree in marketing, business or law
o A passion for Swiss immigration law
o A valid work permit
Entry date: 15st August 2024 or at best convenience.
