HR Manager (FR/ENG) - Full time role
- Lead the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience from onboarding to offboarding.
- Oversee payroll management, including compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR issues and best practices.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Switzerland.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and employee lifecycle management.
- Expertise in payroll management and familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French highly regarded.
