Your mission:
- Professionally increase visibility and awareness of company's products to healthcare professionals and ensure aligning to pharmaceutical code of conduct.
- Always operate in line with compliance and legal requirements and according to the marketing and sales strategies.
- Prioritize and manage accounts within west- and german-CH by assessing appropriate business opportunities through contacts with key decision-makers and important local stakeholders.
- Develop deep professional, industry, disease and product knowledge.
- Align with marketing's tactical plans to drive brand value messages.
- Achieve sales targets and other KPIs like opt-in rate set by company while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Employ omnichannel engagement strategies including digital activities in managing customers.
- Prioritize pre-call planning and scheduling for effective sales call and to meet daily sales call requirement.
- Plan and execute sales activities to elevate healthcare professionals' understanding and knowledge of company's vaccine.
- Accurate and timely submission of sales calls, activities and territory expenses reports.
- High awareness and constant reporting of competitor activities, their areas of strengths & weaknesses.
- Propose actions/sharing of best practice (if applicable) during team meetings.
- Demonstrate business acumen through ability to develop/execute assigned sales plans or activities in the assigned territories or target customers to achieve desired results.
- Attend company-sponsored meetings.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
- Proven infield-experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferably for 3 years, with a focus on vaccines preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and regulatory environment.
- Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in pressure environment and work towards delivering results.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent German, English both written and oral is mandatory, French will be an advantage.
- Good business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software, digital engagement experience desirable.
- Willing to travel in Switzerland.
