Your tasks

• Support for the local Italian market for high-voltage systems and accessories
• Responsible for the existing customer portfolio and the acquisition of new customers 
• Building sustainable and trust-based customer relationships
• Technical advice, commercial processing and calculation of offers/projects
• Budget responsibility and annual target achievement
• Analyzing market tendencies and trends
• Regular interaction with customers and tracking their developments to identify future business potential
• Regular sales-relevant reporting and identification of specific sales measures
• Participation in trade fairs and specialist conferences 
• Travel activity of around 20%

Your skills

• Technical or business management education, together with a sound technical understanding
• Sales professional with a high level of customer orientation and 5 to 10 years of professional experience in technical sales, project or product management or a similar field
• Ideally market knowledge of high-voltage accessories up to a voltage level of 550 kV
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Initiative, high target, result and problem-solving orientation 
• Proven communication and intercultural skills and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders
• Business fluent in English, other foreign languages are a plus
• Good IT skills in the standard Office suite, Microsoft D365 FO an advantage
• Driving license mandatory
