YOUR MISSIONDemand Planning
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts to meet business goals and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to gather relevant data (financial target, historical sales data, market trends, and other factors) and insights for accurate demand forecasting.
- Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, overstock situations, and reduce storage costs.
- Align merchandise plans with sales objectives and market demands.
Business Controlling
- Budget and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the turnover & stock situation of the business and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Be a business partner to sales incl. aligning & monitoring of turnover targets and developing of turnover plans together.
Merchandise Management
- Plan the demand for our own eCom & concession business based on historical sales data, marketing activities and other factors.
Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Controlling / Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, business controlling, or merchandise management.
Proven track record in implementing successful demand planning strategies and improving business performance.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common business goals.
Proficient in using ERP systems, demand planning software (e.g. Anaplan, ...), and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to the development of business strategies.
Experience in aligning demand planning and business controlling activities with overall business objectives.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to adapt to changing business conditions.
Being a sports enthusiast and being familiar with our products is a plus.
