Apply for this roleProduct StrategyProduct StrategyThe world’s fastest-growing sports brand is seeking a Product Manager who will extend our footwear range to Kids.
With a very structured and analytical approach, the new Product Manager will contribute to creating products that answer children’s requirements and meet the right customers in the right distribution.
Based in Zurich, yet frequently visiting our globally spread team and key retail partners, the role will ensure that products are relevant to customers, to retailers, and to the company.
At the intersection of product design and development to co-create an industry-leading kids footwear range, you are responsible working with your team to validate and input critical cross functional product data
Support the Product creation team in gathering all data and future trends to initiate the seasonal kick-off supported by design and Innovation (aligned with On’s message)
Work on the co-creation of clear and relevant briefs (products, materials, colours)
Align with Development to track costing and utilise your organisational skills to stay on top of sample tracking, process, coordination and multi- seasonal awareness
Ensure full alignment with the Go To Market (GTM) plan by partnering with our developers, Design, Sales & Marketing teams and actively partaking in major internal/external presentations, milestones, and key product launches
Increase our industry knowledge/trends by attending trade shows, retails stores, market visits and partner with our internal teams on consumer insights (non-Covid times)
Connect closely with communities (customers, schools, and retailers in key markets) to ensure a customer-centric range
4-6 years of experience in product management or merchandising in a global sports brand environment
3+ years of experience within the global sports retail landscape and its opportunities which tie into how a younger generation can/will be affected by it
Interest or experience with children's products/experiences, and a willingness to pursue a career in product management
Passion for challenging the status quo and reshaping the industry
Strength in managing projects, strong organisational skills & ability to manage complex projects whilst sticking to critical timelines and deadlines
Strong communication and team-working skills, dedicated to over- delivering (y)our promise and a sense of WOW

Customer-first mindset. Great network-building skills and ability to connect effectively with a diverse team of peers and stakeholders
A higher education degree
Willingness to travel
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
