(Senior) Manager, Proteomics Software & Kits Marketing, 100%
- Developing subject matter expertise and gather market insights on Biognosys’ software and kits solutions and the broader proteomics field
- Developing marketing plans and driving cross-functional alignment for launches & campaigns
- Developing the product positioning, messaging, and content for website and marketing collaterals
- Defining the objectives, audiences, messaging, content, and channels as well as writing the copy for omnichannel marketing activities and campaigns (website, email marketing, social media, 3rd party media); supporting keyword analysis for website SEO and SEM
- Maintaining relationships and implementing content and campaign projects with scientific communications agencies and life science media publishers
- Maintaining the schedule of conferences and events; coordinating poster sessions, seminars, and talks with internal Biognosys and Bruker stakeholders, external collaborators, and conference organizers; managing the promotion of product content at and surrounding conferences
- Supporting sales enablement activities, e.g. developing training material and sales presentations
- Gathering marketing analytics and sales insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve the marketing-to-sales funnel and opportunities pipeline
- Managing the budget for the assigned projects and activities
- A master’s degree in a life sciences field relevant to our proteomics software and kits, e.g. biology, biochemistry, or bioinformatics is required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant life sciences industry (research tools, CRO, biopharma, diagnostics,…) is required
- Good understanding of life sciences R&D functions and processes, from discovery to clinical settings is required
- Experience in an Omics field (proteomics, genomics,…) and/or relevant therapeutic areas for proteomics (oncology, neuroscience, targeted protein degradation,…) is preferred
- Significant experience in driving strategic marketing workstreams, such as market and competitor analysis and development of product positioning, segmentation, messaging, and marketing plans
- Significant experience with marketing content and collateral development, advanced scientific writing skills, and excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Experience with the coordination of poster sessions, seminars, and product demos at scientific conferences, and the organization of user meetings and customer events
- Familiarity with B2B & Omnichannel Marketing practices and tools
- Strategic and analytical mindset and ability to develop comprehensive solutions for complex challenges
- Strong communicator with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Independent working style, with high dedication to quality and results
- Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Openness and flexibility to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
- Ability to travel internationally or interstate (for the US-based candidates) up to 15% of the time
