Product Manager (M/W)
- Develop, monitor, and refine product strategy for the managed collection.
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Prepare comprehensive documents for product committee meetings, particularly for collection plan reviews.
- Define and oversee briefs for R&D, design, and technical teams, as well as commercial teams.
- Conduct regular assessments of portfolio performance, leveraging business and sociological insights, and conduct post-mortems on past projects to identify new opportunities or areas for improvement.
- Craft compelling sales pitches, highlighting key selling points, and lead launch planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end processes through proactive collaboration, including retro-planning, with internal partners such as Industrial Plans, Production, Supply, and Marketing.
- Maintain accurate and timely product data related to conception, performance, and marketing.
- Take accountability for meeting commercial, operational, and margin KPIs, including responsibility for Collection P&L targets.
- Degree from a Business School, University, Engineering School, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Watchmaking or related industries, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage product portfolios from ideation to launch.
- Skilled in developing and executing product strategies aligned with business objectives, with a strong grasp of market trends and customer preferences.
- Proven leadership abilities in driving cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for articulating product strategies and leading collaborative efforts.
- Combines creative and analytical mindset with deep product sensitivity to generate valuable insights and tangible results.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving commercial targets and operational efficiency.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and changing market dynamics.
- Fluent in English, proficient in common computer tools.
- Genuine passion for watchmaking and luxury, with a deep appreciation for innovation and trends.
