Job description
- Providing support to the Administrative and Corporate Department for
- incorporation of companies, legalization of documents, opening of bank accounts
- Physical and telephone reception
- Preparation of clients offers and new mandates
- Providing support to the Accounting Department (accounting data entry, filing)
- Various administrative tasks
We Offer
An exciting and meaningful role as Administrative and Accounting assistant in a dynamic and entrepreneurial fiduciary specializing in commodity trading companies.
You Offer
- CFC Commercial employee, professional maturity, or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in a fiduciary company)
- Experience with commodity trading companies is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. Any other languages is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills as well as a high level of flexibility and adaptability to changes
- A high sense of ethics and confidentiality
