Sales Back Office / Customer Service Administrator (100%)


  • 50% of your time you serve as “Sales Backoffice” reporting to the Chief Sales Officer. In this role you will be key to the international sales force and liaise with other departments like Logistics, Marketing, R&D and Testing as well as external customer both up and down the value chain.
  • 50% of your time you will work with the Group Chief Operating Officer and closely with Logistics&Operations. A vital part will be to support Order Management and the management of hangtags and other marketing materials for key customers.
  • The role is very international, and you must enjoy direct contact with customers and partners around the globe, both in written and over the phone.
  • A team-oriented approach and willingness to share and support across the organization will be vital for the success in your new role

Key tasks:

  • This is a key position that is involved in coordinating sales activities between customers, the sales force, distributors and logistics.
  • You will be involved in sales related activities for new and repeat sales, processing and following up sales orders received from the customers, as well as administrating long-term frame agreements
  • Routine activities like documentation, filing, correspondence will also be major part of the job. You have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures in this interaction role.
  • Ensure completeness of information in support systems such as CRM/ERP to have logistics process orders effectively
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem coordinating with technical and testing services teams; Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication across the organization
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools



  • Prior experience of 3-5 years in a similar role with exposure to logistics and customers with value-selling and international customer service experience. Experience with International logistics, order management or with the chemical industry and textile brands is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Familiar with CRM/ERP systems as well as the Microsoft suites and practices



  • Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken, is a must. Every other language is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Interest and ambition to grow the role and yourself in an agile environment characterized by high speed and high customer service ambitions
  • Proficient computer-user, particularly with office productivity and email applications.
  • You are expected to be task- and deadline-oriented across time-zones
  • You MUST be a team player!
