For our client, we are looking for a passionate and motivated ICT Supporter - Service Desk Agent.
Job description/Responsibilities
In the Service Desk & Monitoring Center team, you will be involved in the following topics :
- Receiving, analyzing, and resolving issues as part of first-level support.
- Supporting users with service requests.
- Installing and configuring Windows and Apple devices and software systems.
- Creating user accounts, assigning permissions, and managing group memberships.
- Addressing customer inquiries.
- Documenting activities in the Service Management System (ticketing).
- Updating knowledge management articles.
Profile
- Completed computer science training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification with demonstrated experience in ICT support.
- Broad knowledge of ICT services for Windows and Apple devices.
- Practical and theoretical understanding of ITIL in service support & service operation.
- Ability to work independently & reliably, with a strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in interaction with business partners and customers.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
