Laboratory technician

We are looking for Laboratory technicians for our client in Canton of Aargau,working in the farming sector.

Start date: as soon as possible

Contract : Permanent

Your responsibilities:

• Processing genetic material into products. This is divided into:

  • a. activities involving the flow cytometer: starting and programming the flow cytometer and processing the semen sample;

  • b. activities in the laboratory: these consist of evaluating and processing semen.

• Performing activities in accordance with safety, health and quality protocols.

• The employee must be prepared to work in shifts (day shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts).

Your profile:

• You have graduated from secondary vocational education (matura,CFC...)

• You are fluent in English

• Knowledge of and experience with biology, animal and agricultural sciences or flow cytometry is preferred.

• Laboratory or medical laboratory experience is preferred.

• You have basic computer knowledge; affinity with automation.

• Analytical ability.

• Accuracy.

• Immunity to stress.

• Team player.
