• Operate, monitor, and supervise Messaging and Collaboration Services in the cloud.
• Localize, isolate and fix malfunctions, in addition you give impulses for technical avoidance and/or escalation procedures.
• Help with conception, design and architecture, project realization, implementation and operation of innovative business solutions using state-of-the-art technologies.

Your Skill Set

• Higher education degree in computer science (University, HES/ETS) or comparable practical experience.
• Profound knowledge and multiple years of experience as Microsoft Exchange Online administrator in complex enterprise environments.
• Good expertise with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and with PowerShell scripting in relation to MS365 as well as experience with the following technologies: Active Directory, Azure services, Power Automate, Authentication services (SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, LDAP, MFA, ...) and Google Workspace.
• Committed, independent, reliable, and solution-oriented team player, with a "can do" attitude, welcoming new challenges and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English. French and German are a plus.
