Human Factors Manager
We are looking for passionate professionals to join our Human Factors & User Experience department in Solothurn on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave, who want to join our vision and grow with us.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
[Responsibility for planning and execution of Human Factors Engineering programs according to current standards and guidelines (i.e., IEC 62366, FDA HFE Guidance, etc.), Planning, coordination and monitoring of formative and summative HF studies (with internal and external researchers), Analysis, interpretation and documentation of findings from HF studies including recommendations for product development (user interface & industrial design), Creation and maintenance of usability engineering files for product approvals in collaboration with the project or product teams, Consulting of product and project managers regarding regulatory requirements for Human Factors / Usability Engineering]
[Bachelor/Master (FH/Uni) in Human Factors or Psychology or other studies with a focus on Ergonomics/Usability/Human Factors, Experience in the application of usability/human factors engineering for medical devices (IEC 62366 as well as FDA HFE Guidance), Experience in international submissions in the field of medical devices (EU MDR, FDA, Health Canada, etc.)]
