Student Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Support the Student Administration Manager in managing the student campus administration related tasks (residence permits, emails, etc.) in an efficient, cost effective and service orientated manner on both Glion and Bulle campuses
- Prepare attestation letters for students permit extension – Fribourg Canton
- Prepare files for students permit request – Fribourg Canton
- Once permits arrives, register the document in an Excel list; scan and save a copy in Lotus
- Distribute permits to students on campus
- Send by UPS permit to students on internship abroad
- Send emails to students
- Maintain a good relationship with authorities in the absence of Students Administration Manager if being contacted by email or phone (Fribourg and Vaud Cantons)
