Here's what your future job entails:

• Leading the R&D Team in Widen, Switzerland and assigned team members at other locations
• Improve the productivity, quality and cost competitiveness of the Aliva dry spraying and other smaller concrete equipment offering
• Development of a new innovative generation of standard platforms for dry spraying
• Close collaboration with Normet’s global R&D, and the automation, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and control systems engineering teams.
• Responsible for the product live cycle of the Aliva product line
• Monitor and control Aliva development projects
• Responsible for current CAD, PLM and PDM tools and future integration in global software tools

Here's what we'd like to see on your track record:

• At least five years of working experience in engineering in a relevant field (e.g., mobile machinery or automation)
• Project management skills and ability to handle pressure
• Desire to take ownership in your area and ambition to develop and grow in the field
• Platform building and standardization experience
• Analytical thinking to develop new technologies
• Knowhow around concrete spraying is considered as an advantage
• Experience in automation and control systems is considered as an advantage
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Good communication skills in English and German
• Master of Science (Technology) or Bachelor of Engineering in relevant field
