Digital Technologies/Privacy Legal Counsel
In this role, you will provide guidance and assistance to the company and their subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and internationally, regarding digital technologies.
Our client is a multinational company active in the manufacturing and sales of luxury goods located in central Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities:
• Leading all legal endeavours concerning digital technologies, online presence, and e-commerce ventures, such as marketplaces, social networks, and app developments.
• Pioneering data protection initiatives, especially within GDPR/RGPD compliance projects and in correlation with subsidiary CRM endeavours.
• Proficient in reviewing, analysing, drafting, and negotiating a spectrum of contracts.
• Resolving legal complexities while aligning with economic and legal frameworks.
• Collaborating closely with a multinational corporation and its subsidiaries across diverse domains, particularly with the marketing, IT, and sales departments.
• Providing guidance and collaborating with external legal counsel both domestically and internationally.
Your Qualifications:
• Possessing several years of professional experience either within a corporation or a law firm specialising in commercial law.
• Demonstrating expertise in data protection law, particularly GDPR/RGPD, alongside a track record of handling litigation within intellectual property, including courtroom disputes.
• You have strong negotiation skills, coupled with determination and persistence
• Providing concise and pragmatic advice to business partners to streamline business processes effectively.
• Proficient in both independent and team-oriented work environments, showcasing responsibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Fluent in German, French, and English languages.
