Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering accurate payroll tasks in compliance with regulations
- Monthly and year-end closing of assigned Company Codes
- Actioning payroll runs in selected months
- Handling inquiries from employees, internal stakeholders, and authorities
- Support in annual processes like bonus and salary reviews
- Assist in internal, external, and statutory audits
- Drive continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate closely with the HR Operations/Functions/HRBPs teams
Your Background:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Swiss HR/Payroll
- Proficient in Swiss payroll; tax, social security & labor law
- Extensive experience with SAP HR including OM (Organizational Management)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Business-level proficiency in English and German
