Job Description

LGT Capital Partners' Data & Application Management team is part of the IT team and takes care managing core off-the-shelf business applications. We make sure that our applications are running smoothly, enhance them quickly to business needs or regulatory requirements and drive data quality improvements. Our applications are highly integrated with each other.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a hands-on student support. This position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester breaks and offers flexibility during your studies with approximately 2-3 working days per week. This is a great opportunity for students who can commit to this role for a minimum of 12 months, ideally for several years during their studies.

Your main responsibilities in this role will include:

• Implement additional requirements in our

  • Master-Data-Management system;

  • Integration platform Workato;

• Analyze bugs and fix them;

• Test new developments & prepare of product releases;

• Support team in identifying performance issues and help developing improvements;

• Assist team in integration testing;

• Support data reconciliation & data clean-up process.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor or beginning of Master degree in information technology. or similar subject;

• Strong analytical thinking and abstraction skills, and you also like to work in a structured manner and with a high level of quality awareness;

• Hands-on experience in development, data structures, writing SQL queries;

• Keen to take the initiative with solution-oriented mindset and with ability to also work independently;

• Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal communication in English).
