Training Administrator 80% What you will do
In this important role you will support the Product Support Department and you are responsible for the administration of the Training Department.
Responsibilities will include
Manage product training registrations
Implement agreed training plans, schedules and calendars
Organize accommodation, transportation, costs and service allocations
Register and maintain product knowledge qualifications (LSO power user)
Support department with: presentation, correspondence, meetings, workshops
Design, develop, deliver new learning solutions
Manage training and support related content in the intranet and internet
Update KPI and dashboards
Support department with numerous SAP related administrative Tasks
What you bring along
Completed apprenticeship (e.g. business management training)
Currently studying or a bachelor degree would be beneficial
Several years of working experience
Fluent English and German skills (spoken and written)
Advanced MS Office knowledge, SAP skills would a plus
Customer and solution oriented, with a high quality awareness
Delight in organizing activities and events
