Senior Facilities Technician
- Organize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems.
- Supervise and monitor resolution of technical issues by internal teams or external vendors.
- Plan and manage installation, modification, and commissioning projects, ensuring proper scheduling and resource allocation.
- Coordinate small-scale projects such as renovations, technical upgrades, and relocations.
- Manage and oversee external vendors and contractors to ensure compli-ance with project requirements and company standards.
- Prepare, assign, and track work orders; maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS system.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards through regular audits and reviews.
- Support energy optimization and sustainability initiatives by organizing activ-ities and monitoring progress.
- Management and processing of technical alarms, fires and burglar alarm systems.
- Participation in on-call duties and 24-hour deployment in the event of tech-nical alarms.
- Furnishing of conference and meeting rooms.
- Management of technical support requests on call. Including the creation of order numbers and the control of invoices.

- Management of visitor and provider passes, access controls and parking spaces.
- Obtaining and checking external supplier offers

- 2-3 years of experience in facility management or a similar technical coordinator role.
- Completed technical education (e.g., electrician, mechatronics, building technician).
- Experience in project management and coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience in project management and vendor supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
