Junior HR Assistant - 4 months
- Assist in processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other employee benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or benefit claims.
- Maintain accurate employee data for payroll and benefits purposes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to review, develop, and implement improvements to payroll processes and compensation and benefits policies.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to payroll, compensation, and benefits for HR management.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR information.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, or similar role focused on payroll and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll and benefits legislation and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field is preferred.
