Senior Manager – Audit

On behalf of one of our client, we are currently looking for a

for its Geneva’s office (Lausanne can be considered).

Our client is a growing audit company, with several offices in Switzerland, specialized in audit, accounting and tax, and member of an international network.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in / lead the audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss GAAP and IFRS)
• Lead special audits such as capital increases, company foundations, donor audits
• Work with our clients to create solutions to their financial accounting, process, and systems challenges
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Audit team in RSM Switzerland
• Engage in customer relationship management
• Act as a first choice point of contact throughout the year for your attributed clients
• Be a leader on developing company culture, team spirit, methodology and tools
• Be a brand ambassador and role model for younger team members, whilst promoting company values

Profile:

• Swiss Licensed audit expert
• At least 6 to 9 years audit experience on international and local clients in Swiss CO, IFRS and / (or) Swiss GAAP FER
• Managing international clients and audit teams
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French and English; German would be an asset
• Proficiency with audit tools, and commonly used computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Office
• Competency in data analytics is an advantage
