As part of our development, SpeciTec SA is looking to reinforce its team with an IT Support Manager working 100%. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing first and second level technical support to internal users of the company:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues for users
- Resolve incidents and service requests within defined timelines
- Assist users in the use of applications and IT tools
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a professional IT diploma or similar diploma
- Has excellent communication skills, a good sense of confidentiality, an ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for solving IT problems.
- Has a first experience as an IT Support (apprenticeship or internship can be considered as a first experience)
- Speaks English and French
