Human Resource Assistant

For a maternity leave cover, we are looking for someone who will join a dynamic and well complementary HR team. The ideal candidate will work with us from mid-May until end January 2025.

We need someone who will provide high level support to the HR and Office Management activities, including but not limited to life cycle of the employee (on-boarding, off-boarding, records filing), HR tools (different time managements and operating system), office space coordination, supplier coordination, and being part of the event committee team.

What responsibilities you will have:

• Responsible for timely and accurate input, control, filing and record keeping of all employees.
• Provide recruitment support such as interview coordination and administrative follow up for hired candidates accross EMEA.
• Assist the coordination and logistics for the induction program as well as ensuring completion and compliance to our Company's on-boarding processes.
• Be the first point of contact for office management requests and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Provide ad hoc administrative support (dosimeters, birthday’s vouchers, invoices, etc.)

If you have the following experience:

• HR certificate, CFC
• 1-3 years of HR administrative best practices
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• French and English is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player with strong results orientation
