Senior Business Development & Sales Strategy (M/F)
Main tasks
- Disrupt the existing sales strategy and processes and create new ones, qualify the markets best suited for sales development and growth, and develop buyer persona
- Personally implement this sales strategy by contacting key customers and turning them into paying clients
- Identify new prospects and introduce them to this new way of increasing the productivity of their solar installations, if necessary, in collaboration with the company's high-level engineers
- Ensure the growth of the turnover and maintaining the company's margins
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals and provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Participate in webinars, conferences, and summits to represent the company globally
- Stay on top of trends, find opportunities, and prioritize based on size and internal capabilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of competitors, clients, and market dynamics to better demonstrate the superiority of this advanced solution in terms of productivity gains and benefits for the future of solar power generation
- Adapt the sales structure to business growth, build and lead a team independently
- Evaluate the relevance, effectiveness and viability of product/service offerings through customer feedback or market research and align with the marketing department
- Contribute globally to the evolution of products and services by listening to customers and understanding their new needs, as well as liaising with the product team to help them define product roadmap
