Senior Events & Hospitality Service Manager
Our client is a leading events communication agency. For their production and Logistics team, we are looking for a Senior Event Project Manager with experience in Hospitality Industry.
Responsibilities
- Establish long term relationships with various stakeholders (hotels, rental agencies, city authorities and other suppliers)
- Contribute to development of accommodation concept
- Organise site visits or meetings with partners
- Participate in accommodation management and coordination wit key stakeholders, using dedicated tools
- Participate in onsite logistics of the event (day to day changes, update of rooming lists, quota management)
Candidate profile
- Experience in Hospitality Services and understanding of relevant procedure and practices
- Travel industry expertise with knowledge of Swiss German Market
- Ability to work independently, priority manage and operate in complex environment
- Client oriented attitude
- Outstanding communication in German, Swiss German and English
