What you will be doing

• You support the private markets team in the evaluation and the due diligence of world-leading private equity, private debt and private infrastructure fund managers for Suva and Suva's pension fund.
• One of your core tasks will also be to support the team in the due diligence of co-investments together with our partners.
• You will be involved in the active, systematic monitoring of private markets investments (fund investments, co-investments) and will nurture existing and future business relationships.
• In addition to this, you will help the private markets team through various support tasks and in further developing our IT/information systems and reporting.

What we expect

• You have a degree from a university or university of applied sciences in business administration or economics, specialising in finance. Additional training and financial expertise are beneficial (e.g. CFA, CAIA).
• You have already gained relevant experience (ideally 2-3 years) in an international environment, in particular in the private markets sector (private equity, private debt or private infrastructure).
• You are also experienced in dealing with IT and system-related tasks and challenges so that you can successfully assist in the further development of our IT systems and data analytics.
• You have very strong communication skills and an independent, proactive way of working. You enjoy working as part of a team.
• An outstanding command of spoken and written English and German are required. Additional languages are beneficial.
