As a "Shop Team Leader", you will be responsible for the overall daily operation in your Nestlé shop.


A Day in the Life of a Shop Team Leader

  • Ensure daily engagement of the team to achieve sales and profit goals for the shop
  • Optimize assortment, layoutings, and local promotion margin profitability
  • Reach average basket, optimize 2POS placement, and meet turnover sales targets
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and flawless execution of sales activities
  • Increase business opportunities in the local area, support local initiatives, and develop new business partners nearby
  • Ensure team engagement (3 direct reports), role clarity, and fair treatment
  • Coach adherence to Nestlé Shop Strategy, category management, and instore activities
  • Ensure smooth shop operations, quality execution, and operational standards


What will make you successful

  • 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Retail
  • Previous experience in team management
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Good sales and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Results-focused and priority setting abilities
  • Attention to detail and aesthetic sense
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with CEGID or similar cashier system is a plus
  • Fluent in French, German & English are a plus
