Supply Chain Business Technology Product Lines (PLs) are responsible for the technological direction across business segments and serve as a critical point of contact for business and JJT. As a product owner, you will work with JJT and Business Leaders to identify and prioritize solutions for their product line and own the consistent implementation of these solutions across the business. You will exhibit strong influence and real passion for driving the organization towards consistent technology solutions aligned to our overall JJT strategy. You will need to continuously improve throughput of the various product line organization and ensure that value is realized by the business through the JJT solution and capabilities. You will have a strong view of external IT capabilities in the market and how they can be applied to drive business value for J&J.
In this role, you will be part of a strong leadership team for Foundational Planning Systems and Solutions Product Line. You will be responsible for developing and articulating the vision, strategy and roadmap for our planning system capabilities for J&J Vision. You will collaborate closely with our business partners to continually improve our end to end planning processes.

YOUR responsibilities & YOUR impact:
Owns the priorities for Consumer Planning products Globally including platforms and applications
Understand the business’s needs and priorities from the product
Accountable for the E2E Planning and Order management between J&J regions especially sequencing of activities between regional planning and transactional processes.
Responsible for “building the right thing”, realizing product line roadmap, goals & business value
Responsible for project oversight of product development initiatives Improves return on investment by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value
Negotiate with the business to see what items (story points) are built and which are backlogged based on capacity
Accountable for the quality of solution of build
Overall accountability for Application Life Cycle Management
Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements
Tracks progress of product build in the context of the larger program
Reports back to the business on status on the delivery of features, functionality, and applications;
Collaborates closely with Technology Service to report the performance of applications
Responsible for delivering Beyond plan for applications within the product line
Partner with business owner to ensure delivery of the product SLAs
Review and approve changes to the Planning applications
Accountable for OMP Global Program planning for all regions
Accountable for E2E Planning Flows in the to be Consumer OMP
Template coordinating planning for a program with a $100MM cost
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in the field of computer science 10+ years of technology leadership, Must include 7+ years of Planning and/or ERP systems, and Application Design and Support within a manufacturing company, preferably in the healthcare industry
Experience of deploying Planning systems including APO and OMP in multiple regions with complex IT and Data Architecture
Experience of deploying Planning Applications on DAAS Platforms (Rather than CIF or Namespace) ideally with complex Enterprise Data Architecture designs and in memory grids.
High level of experience with SAP ECC Org
Experience of implementing complex solvers in both SNP Networks and Production plants ideally in a regulated (SoX and GxP) FMCG sector
Experience in E2E Supply chain processes – e.g, Demand Planning,
Supply Planning, Advanced planning capabilities
Experience with implementing large projects ($10MM+)
Experience in a regulated industry
Experience working with/managing large, culturally diverse, global teams
Experience driving business value through information technology
Ability to successfully lead multiple critical priorities/issues
Experience in working with multiple partners within a matrix organization
Ability to coach/grow peers and team members
