For our team, bringing services to one of our Biotech clients in Allschwil (Basel), we are looking for a
IT Helpdesk Agent (m/f/d)
- ServiceDesk service in compliance with ITIL V3
- Ensuring services are delivered according to agreed service levels
- Response-, Incident- and Service Request-Management
- Remote 1st level end user troubleshooting (phone, e-mail, ticketing tool)
- Escalation to 2nd/3rd level support
- End-to-end ticket responsibility
- Helping the local IT Onsite Support Team
- Monthly reporting, based on the systems in use
- On-call service if required
- Previous experience in IT Helpdesk Support, ideally in an ITIL environment and working for an IT Services company
- English business fluent, French and/or German would be an asset
- Technology knowledge: Windows 10, Office 365, iOS devices
- Strong customer service focus, resilient personality, technical/digital understanding
- Willingness to work on-call if required
