Financial Controller
- Act as a finance business partner to Manufacture’s departments to comment, challenge and explain financial performance.
- Safeguard the financial objective through both P&L and assets of the departments by analyzing financial impacts of budget/ forecast deviations, and maintaining the independent view of Finance in business decisions.
- Drive insightful analysis and financial visibility to enable strategic and operational decisions.
- Share and explain the monthly results throughout the manufacturing organization.
- Promote financial discipline within the organization, ensures quality of the financial forecasts and compliance with corporate finance policies.
- Develop a close and proactive collaboration with all manufacturing departments.
- Work on ad hoc Finance project by bringing better functional efficiency and effectiveness.
- Key contact for Richemont accounting department.
- Develop budgets, estimates and rolling forecasts according to the financial frameworks for some of the Manufacturing departments.
- Monitoring of financial targets/KPIs and related processes.
- In charge of global stock forecasting working closely with Supply Chain team.
- In collaboration with Richemont accounting department monitor monthly closing process.
- In charge of investments (CAPEX): ROI calculation, approval requests and booking.
- ICS leader for the manufacture, in charge of animating ICS program in accordance with Group ICS Policies and Procedures.
- Manage the Group Riskonnect reporting system to ensure that accurate and complete information is documented by control owners, including control activities, results of control reviews and progress of remediation plans for manufacturing scope.
- Coordinate with external auditors/ internal auditors on review of in-scope business cycles or process reviews and ensure issues are resolved timely.
- Contribute to industrial performance analysis.
- Contribute to product costing management.
- Identify, define, and drive process/system improvement projects in line with the business needs; whilst continuously improving tools and processes.
- Work closely with our Finance Data Analyst for digitalization and data-visualization to provide adequate analysis for business and strategic decision making.
- Master degree or equivalent in Finance
- Between 5 and 10 years relevant experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
- Previous experience in the watch industry is a plus
- Strong analytical mind with excellent interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving capability
- Must be results oriented, customer focused and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good experience or knowledge of SAP/Business Intelligence with a strong focus on manufacturing specificities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of PowerBi and/or SQL would be a plus
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in French and English
