Pour renforcer notre service Management Qualité & Risques, nous recherchons un-e? :

Activités principales :

• Opérationnaliser les objectifs stratégiques de la direction générale en matière de qualité dans toutes les activités de la clinique
• Soutenir l'amélioration continue par la promotion d'un management basé sur la qualité, la performance et l'innovation
• Piloter la démarche RSE de la Clinique
• Piloter le Système de management de la qualité (SMQ) ISO 13485
• Analyser les événements indésirables, suivre les actions correctives et identifier les mesures d'amélioration transversales
• Soutenir le déploiement de la démarche processus
• Participer à la gestion des risques métiers et au déploiement de la culture de sécurité
• Réaliser les audits internes et coordonner les audits externes
• Dynamiser l'esprit Qualité au travers d'actions de formation et sensibilisation
• Soutenir les démarches de reconnaissance, requalification et certification (EFQM, SLH, ISO)

Profil idéal :

• Au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure complétée par une formation en Qualité
• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine de la santé
• Maîtrise des normes ISO 13485 et 15189 et connaissance des référentiels EFQM et SLH
• Bonnes connaissances en RSE
• Expérience dans les méthodes d'analyse des événements indésirables et des audits internes
• Excellente aptitude de communication et d'intégration
• Très bonne capacité fédératrice, dans un contexte de collaboration pluridisciplinaire
• Sens de la rigueur, esprit analytique, structuré-e et organisé-e
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (bureautiques et métiers) et outils statistiques
