Our Client
One of our key clients, a prestigious Swiss private bank and an investment-led service company, is looking to find an extraordinary Senior Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager to join their team at their HQ in Geneva or offices in London. Our client offers services in wealth management, asset management, and asset servicing, to private clients and institutions.
Mission
You will be responsible for managing discretionary multi-asset mandates in different risk profiles and currencies aligned with the Investment Committee’s tactical allocations and contributing to investment idea generation.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing discretionary multi-asset mandates following the Wealth Management Tactical Allocations.
- Actively contribute to the identification and analysis of potential investment opportunities.
- Manage and track model portfolios as well as specific and customized client portfolios.
- Successfully contribute to the development of a responsible approach across Portfolio Wealth Management discretionary multi-asset portfolios.
- Support acquisition and retention, through investment content, marketing support, and presentations.
- Maintaining a strong compliance culture, ensuring optimal compliance and risk management in compliance with all relevant local laws, regulatory requirements, in-house directives, and procedures as well as adequate knowledge in order to apply them effectively and ensure fair treatment of all clients, while at the same time adhering to the firm’s mission and core values across activities with a high degree of professional competency and awareness.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 15 years of substantial experience in wealth or asset management, preferably including experience in a risk-taking position.
- Solid multi-asset class, asset allocation, and portfolio construction capabilities.
- Strong team player, with a solutions-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Deep understanding of risk management, portfolio construction, and factor investing practices.
- Excellent technical knowledge of the various investment products and financial markets.
- Relevant experience in ESG / SRI investing.
- Strong academic background in Finance; Postgraduate CFA / CIIA certificate or similar.
- Fluency in French and English. Spanish is an asset.
