For one our big client, we are looking for : Business Lounge Agent 80% (m/f/x)
Key Responsibilities
In line with the client Quality Standards, provides an excellent customer service to
the client high yield passengers in order to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and to develop further the loyalty of top clients.
Enhance customer experience in the lounge in order to maintain and increase customer's loyalty
Ensures immaculate set up of the Lounge at all times
Welcomes and registers all passengers at reception
Works with Check-in and ATO teams for rebooking of customers in case of flights
irregularities
Ensures application of local special procedure and treatment of passenger ?La Première?
Creates, updates, communicates and files Company policies and Lounge procedures
Monitors and follows up inventories and stock
Proactively acts or feedbacks upon customers' complaints
Ensures application of local special procedure and treatment of La Premiere customers
and organize the special La premiere area in the lounge.
Supervises the cleaning staff tasks

Your profile : knowledge, learned disciplines, experience
Fluent in English and French
Knowledge of Group products and services.
Knowledge of check-in tools and basic reservation tools.
Open to work week-end with the possibility night shifts
