• Lead the software engineering team and oversee all related projects and strategies
• Strategize and manage financial, human, and material resources effectively
• Managing and evaluating direct reports, and optimizing talent acquisition and retention process
• Manage, monitor and enhance the computing platform that the company uses (including integration with ERP systems and manufacturing processes)
• Take ownership of all software and tools developed by the company
• Collaborate closely with key opinion leaders
• Ensure the certification compliance of the company's software

Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in software development
• at least 5 years of people management experience
• Experience in medical devices sector highly recommended
• Strong people manager skills with proven capability to empower, motivate and develop others
• Fluency in English & French - mandatory
