Nous cherchons pour renforcer notre équipe IT de notre client un(e) :
Responsibilities:
- Incident and Request Management: Handle end-users L1 and L2 incidents and requests using Atlassian Jira.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows, Office, iOS, macOS, and hardware issues.
- VIP Support: Deliver exceptional support to VIP users with demonstrable experience.
- Atlassian Cloud Management: Expertise in Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence.
Identity Management:
- Microsoft Azure:
- Account Provisioning
- Group Management
- Roles & Conditional Access Policies
- Okta:
- Provisioning
- MFA and Authentication Policies
- SysLogs
Device Onboarding and Setup:
- PCs, Smartphones, and Tablets: Manage complete onboarding and setup.
- Microsoft Endpoint/Intune
- Apple MDM Solutions: Experience with Kandji or other Apple MDM tools (e.g., Jamf).
- Conference Appliances: Proficiency with Logitech, Poly, and Crestron conference equipment.
Documentation and Scripting:
- Documentation: Write and update documentation and processes.
- Scripting: Perform audit and remediation scripting using:
- Microsoft PowerShell and Graph
- Knowledge of a programming language (Python, .Net, C#, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (main working language).
- Soft Skills:
- Patience and willingness to teach users
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Professional Appearance: Business attire/presentation required.
- Start date: ASAP
