Description
- Manage a team of 6 people
- Ensure smooth operations, optimal performance and high availability of all IT Systems
- Oversee the management and operation of Microsoft technologies (MS Teams, MS Exchange, AD, Azure)
- Offer strategic direction and counsel for incorporating new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing enhancements to optimize scalability and efficiency
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Been previously exposed to an international environment - a plus
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies: M365, Teams, Exchange, AD
- Experience with citrix cloud - a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Very good level of English (at least B2) - any other languages a plus
