OVERALL JOB RESPONSABILITIES
- Update financial spreadsheets for intercompany Reconciliations
- Support Glenmark monthly, Quarterly Closings
- Checking, validating & booking of AP and AR invoices in SAP
- Reconciles accounts related to receivables and payables.
- Assist Processing of Vendor payments
- Be able to create new vendors and clients in SAP
- Support adhoc assignments related to accounting, AP & AR,
- Act as a backup for all trading related activities (approx. 20%)
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Prepare schedules related to financials on a quarterly basis
- Record banking transactions in SAP & Perform bank reconciliations statements
- Assist with travel organization
- Assist with legalization of Glenmark documents
- General administrative support: takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes
