HR Operations Manager
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners in Switzerland, other countries in Europe and new markets
- Provide high quality HR advise and guidance with a focus on customer service
- Manage core HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, absence management and benefit administration
- Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes, policies and systems
- Create and maintain high quality SOPs
- Significant and relevant experience working in HR operations in EMEA
- Deep expertise of Swiss labour law
- Strong working knowledge of Workday HR modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding
- Interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures
- Perform work under minimal supervision
