Senior HR Manager employee relations
- Handle all facets of employee relations, including performance management, investigations including reports, discipline, separations, re-classifications, equity increases, and resolutions to employment disputes.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits decisions such as reviewing and approving decisions related to the salary management guidelines, managing the annual reward review process and working on recommendations on how to implement rewards/compensation and benefit programs
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Operational Services to plan effective process improvements
- Foster positive relationships with employees and union representatives.
- Support the CHRO on corporate responsibilities

- Master's or Doctoral level in Human Resources Management
- 10 years of HR experience
- You are fluent in English
