Welcome Host
- Be in charge of welcoming customers on their arrival at the AP House: accompany them to a salesperson, take them on a tour of the boutique, etc.
- Offer a catering service to all customers
- Provide a presence for customers while they wait for a salesperson: talk about the brand's history, establish initial contact.
- Operate the switchboard and be able to take messages including all customer contact details: (name, phone number, email)
- Be in charge of transmitting messages and ensuring that they are dealt with as quickly as possible.
- Ensure proper set-up at store opening and closing
- Ensure the daily upkeep of the AP House: maintenance of the cafeteria, floor, carpeting, dust, window displays, contact with companies and ordering of necessary materials
- Maintain sales tables.
- Set-up, control, follow-up, storage, ordering and inventory of stock (catalogs, books, display materials, bags, dishes, etc.).
- You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the luxury goods industry is a plus.
- You are recognized for your organization proactivity and concers for quality. You have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a quality welcome for curstomers and develop the customer experience.
- Impecable presentation, good elocution, ability to listen, availability and patience are qualities requireed for this position.
- You have a perfect command for german and english.
