Internship Junior Sales
We are looking for someone for the Geneva office with a can-do attitude, who is fluent in English and French; working experience with sensitive information would be a plus.
Internship description
- Providing general information to clients about our service range
- Assist the sales department with precious metal trades
- Assist with the safe deposit box access of our clients
- Identification of the renter or the person with power of attorney access to the box.
- Assist with the accounting for the safe deposit box rentals (rental fees payment, termination of contract, change of contract)
- Assist with business development and marketing, as well as administrative and organizational tasks
- Creating client files respecting anti monetary laundering policies (AML)
Candidate profile
- Bachelor or Master degree
- You have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude and proactively take initiatives
- Good interpersonal skills are essential
- Fluent in French and English
- Bonus: Russian language
- Bonus: previous experience with dealing with sensitive information
