Responsibilities

• Support finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Controlling of expenses and vacation entries.
• Controlling and booking of invoices.
• Responsible for data-collection of fund portfolio companies
• Perform reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies.
• Act as a back-up for the office management activities.

Candidate Profile, Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance related positions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and responsibility in handling sensitive information.
