Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

  • Develops and delivers lead generation and lead nurturing strategies to grow our customer database, customer retention and loyalty
  • Leverage CRM insights and marketing automation technologies to define personas for optimized user segmentation and personalized communication and offerings
  • Develops and implements customer life-cycle marketing plans to grow the customer lifetime value
  • Creates and maintains the email content calendar in accordance with global marketing concepts and country / regional needs
  • Leads the design, development and deployment of marketing emails
  • Monitors, analyzes and then optimizes the performance of emails (open rates, CTRs etc.) in cooperation with the regional CRM/e-mail Marketing responsible


  • Completed master degree, ideally in the areas of Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • 5 years of CRM or Marketing Automation experience: you already worked with a cross channel CRM tool, implemented cross channel sequences
  • Knowledge of business processes in sales, marketing and customer service
  • Strong user-centred approach and tech savvy, with a goaloriented mindset to create unique user experiences
  • Data based; thinks systematically, translates insights into action
  • A real team player, self-responsible, rigorous and persistent
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Communication skills to make the topic of CRM understood in the broader context of communication/ user journey management
  • Analytic and negotiation skills
  • UX and Agile working methods
