Innovative Health Initiative Project Manager
Our client, an innovative and dynamic bio-pharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland, covering multiple therapeutic areas, is looking for an Innovative Health Initiative Project Manager for an 18 months Consultant remote role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensures the execution of the action plan and respect of deadlines as defined within The Initiative objectives.
- Coordinates the action plan, structures key meetings and events related.
- Actively shapes team priorities and alignment of goal setting across industry partners and x-functional teams while supporting TA asset strategy.
- Ensures effective operational management of critical decision-making bodies ensuring agenda is developed, aligned, critical decisions are made and implemented.
- Maintains a central view of Initiative KPIs, tracking performance based on agreed metrics and deliverables.
- Leads transparency throughout the TA on initiatives and activity supporting TA performance.
- Responsible for the initiative governance: drives and manages agenda, moderates meetings and ensures production of minutes; proposes opportunities to simplify & drive synergies between the initiative work packages.
- Builds and supports the execution of internal communications plan on The Initiative and proposes content to executive agenda.
- Coordinate and anticipate timely preparation of TA content fir The Initiative for critical internal & external meetings, including IM LT / ECN / BoD / Strat Plan / BUD / Investor Relation events
Qualifications and Experience:
- Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
- Minimum BS/BA degree and preferably MBA, MD or PhD
- Excellent project management & the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently including in a regional/global environment or in a major consultancy
- Ability to drive the delivery of key objectives
- Proven capability to navigate with highly complex environment (both internally and externally), to define strategic narratives and to drive strategic initiatives
- Strong policy and commercial acumen
- Strong communication skills with high fluency in English, both oral and written
- Agile mindset
- Highly autonomous and self-directed and highly collaborative
- Interpersonal and influencing skills. Able to establish credibility and influence across a range of diverse stakeholders in a matrix organization to drive change
- Results focused – translates strategies into specific objectives; action plans, executes and follows up.
