For one of our clients, an international private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for an :
SENIOR INVESTMENT ADVISOR
Job description
- Identify appropriate investment strategies tailored to client needs
- Providing clients with a continued superior level of advice with respect to asset allocation, specific investments and investment services
- Maintain a close working relationship with segment experts, investment platforms and product specialists to ensure any client insights or market intelligence can be fed back for potential product development or services opportunities
- Where relevant and practical, look for opportunities to manage clients’ liabilities and assets
- Maintain an appropriate level of professional qualifications to meet regulatory and group policy requirements
- Ensure the investment approach is consistent for client with similar investment objectives
- Mandates need to be supported by the platforms and are appropriate for the stated clients investment objectives. In addition, maintain appropriate leads, proposal generation and new business MI
Profile required
- University degree or equivalent, CFA/CAIA charter a plus
- In-depth and broad investment product knowledge as well as strong understanding of broad asset allocation issues
- Ability to assimilate complex investment information
- Technical skills and experience with respect to designing and/or selling of derivates and structured products across asset classes
- Basic understanding of wealth and estate planning issues
- Able to demonstrate superior selling skills with a proven record for closing
- Effective listening skills
- Be skilful at matching client's investment needs to appropriate proposition and product set
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Russian or Arabic a plus.
