Sales support specialist in Export 80 - 100% (m/w/d)
What you will do
- Based in Zollikofen, you process orders from order intake to delivery, invoices and monitoring of incoming payments
- Trigger order confirmations to customers
- Monitor delivery deadlines
- Prepare the necessary export documents
- Administrative support for the customers and Area Sales Managers
- Correspondence in English (Email, Phone, etc...)
- Organise trips as well as internal and external meetings
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for what you do
What we require
- Business school or bachelor's degree
- Experience in order administration and export
- Good knowledge in English, basic German, Spanish is an advantage but not a must
- Experience and knowledge of SAP
- Confident manner and assertiveness combined with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level and in different cultures
- Take personal responsibility, willingness to learn and change, quality and diligence
- Ability to work independently, accurate and well organized
- Pronounced customer- and service- orientation
