Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for team development and global collaboration? Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the commercial activities of its high-voltage electrical components portfolio.

In this role, you'll inspire and coach a team of sales professionals, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive business performance across the Swiss and Swedish markets. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key product portfolio in a complex, fast-paced industrial environment-while fostering a culture of integrity, safety, and continuous improvement.

Your Impact
  • Design and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned with regional and global business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales managers based in Zürich, supporting their growth and performance
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, particularly in Switzerland and Sweden
  • Identify market trends, analyze customer behavior, and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Define sales targets and improvement plans, ensuring accountability and consistent results
  • Support the full sales process-from customer acquisition to contract handover-ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior leadership, offering insight into market dynamics and achievements
  • Promote a collaborative, results-driven team culture through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing
Your Profile
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and sales management within the energy, power systems, or industrial components sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams in international environments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and a customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Organized, proactive, and resilient under pressure
