Associate Manager, Omnichannel Marketing, 100%
- Planning, implementing, and tracking omnichannel campaigns and activities; maintaining the Biognosys marketing communications calendar
- Conceptualizing and implementing content updates on the Biognosys website, leading SEO/SEM activities, both in-house and in collaboration with agency partners
- Creating and scheduling newsletters, goal-driven email campaigns and automated lead nurturing emails in our CRM & Account Engagement platform
- Creating and scheduling social media content (both organic posts and paid ads)
- Project management, logistics, audiovisual support, and promotion for both digital and in-person events, including international conferences with large scientific and exhibition presence
- Planning and managing the creation and updating of marketing collaterals, both in-house and in collaboration with agency partners
- Overseeing, developing, and implementing the brand strategy and architecture across the entire portfolio of company and product brands; maintaining branding guidelines, assets, and templates
- Managing marketing operations workstreams and supporting sales enablement initiatives, e.g.: maintaining collateral inventories, maintaining intranet sites and file locations with marketing and sales material, developing sales presentations
- Monitoring, collecting and reporting analytics from the various marketing channels and platforms and optimizing lead and customer data management in the CRM system, in order to continuously optimize campaigns and improve the marketing-to-sales funnel and opportunities pipeline
- Budget administration for assigned activities
Required qualifications
- An educational degree in marketing or another relevant business field
- First professional experience in marketing
- Experience with Omnichannel Campaigns planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Experience with digital marketing practices and tools, including but not limited to: website CMS, analytics, SEO, SEM; social media channels and tools; email marketing and CRM; MarCom planning and scheduling
- Experience with conferences and events organization
- Experience with branding workstreams, marketing collateral development, and graphic design processes and tools
- Advanced general computer and Microsoft Office software skills
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- High dedication to quality and results
- Independent working style, with adequate project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Openness and flexibility to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
- B2B marketing experience in life sciences or an industry with similar technical complexity, and/or educational background in life sciences
- Advanced experience in conference and events organization
- Hands-on experience with graphic design processes and tools
- Hands-on experience with video recording and editing
